FiltoClear Set 31000 OC
The Oase FiltoClear Set 31000 OC includes the FiltoClear 31000 pressure filter with an integrated 60W UV clarifier and the next generation, energy-saving AquaMax Eco Premium 17000 filter pump to supply it with pond water.
The new Oase Aqamax Eco Premium pumps have significantly reduced running costs. This is all important for providing pond water to filters 365 days of the year. Their flow rate is also controllable via the Oase Control App when paired with one of Oase’s garden controllers. Reducing the flow rate through your FiltoClear pressure filter is an option in winter, when there is less organic waste to process, which will save electricity.
The FiltoClear Set 31000 is suitable for natural ponds up to 31mยณ and goldfish ponds up to 15mยณ. The integrated UV clarifier ensures clear water by killing unicellular algae that cause green water. Filter sponges in the body of the unit perform biological and mechanical filtration. They break down dissolved toxins that are harmful to fish and wildlife and harvest solid waste. The filter sponges are cleaned by gently pumping the blue handle on the lid, which squeezes the sponges out. The dirty water is redirected to a waste hose by turning the simple 2-way valve.
The Oase Aquamax Eco Premium 17000 filter pump features an extra inake that allows you to harvest water from a second source in addition to the pond pump itself. An AquaSkim 40 pond skimmer or Aquamax Eco Satellite Strainer are perfectly paired choices for connection via the extra intake (supplied separately).
As with all pressure filters, they are sealed systems that can be positioned above water level to feed elevated water features. The filter can be partially buried to help blend in with your pond landscape.
