The Oase SwimSkim 50 is a floating pond skimmer that effectively harvests leaves and other derbis from the surface of your pond. It is a stand alone unit with a built in pump and aerator, and requires no additional plumbing.

Three large floats suspend the skimmer on the pond surface while a powerful suction pump processes 3,500 litres of surface pond water per hour removing debris such as leaves and pollen from the water surface before they can sink. The debris is automatically collected in a removable collection basket which can be easily emptied when full. A fine sponge located under the collection basket traps smaller particles and provides some additional biological filtration. This should be squeezed out in a bucket of pond water periodically.

Each SwimSkim 50 harvests floating debris from up to 50m2 of pond surface area. Built-in aeration provides 600 litres of air per hour. Oase SwimSkim pond skimmer are highly beneficial for maintaining good water quality and promote the well-being of fish and wildlife. Multiple units can be installed around larger ponds to keep larger surfaces clear and aerated.
