The Oase ProfiClear Premium Pump-Fed Discharge Module is a biological filter designed specifically for use with the ProfiClear Premium Pump-Fed DF-L OC drum filter system. It can be connected either directly to the drum filter module, or more typically, to the last in a series of up to three ProfiClear Premium Moving Bed Modules in between. Filtered water is return to the pond via two 110mm connections.

This module contains ‘Clearwave Blocks’ – high surface area biological filter media structures colonised by bacteria that break down ammonia less toxic nitrite and then to harmless nitrate. An in-built aeration system provides a constant supply of oxygen to bacterial colonies, maximizing their growth and capacity for processing dissolved organic waste.
