FiltoClear 5000
The Oase FiltoClear 5000 pressure filter is suitable for natural ponds up to 5m³ and goldfish ponds up to 2.5m³.
The integrated 18W UV clarifier ensures clear water by killing unicellular algae that cause green water. Filter sponges in the body of the unit perform biological and mechanical filtration. They break down dissolved toxins that are harmful to fish and wildlife, and harvest solid waste. The filter sponges are cleaned by gently pumping the blue handle on the lid, which squeezes the sponges out. The dirty water is redirected to a waste hose by turning the simple 2-way valve.
The Aquamax Eco Premium 5000 filter pump features an extra intake that allows you to harvest water from a second source in addition to the pond pump itself. An Aquamax Eco Satellite Strainer is the perfect partner for connection via the extra intake (supplied separately).
As with all pressure filters, they are sealed systems that can be positioned above water level to feed elevated water features. The filter can be partially buried to help blend in with your pond landscape.
