The Oase AquaAir Eco 250 Floating Lake Aerator is designed for aeration of lakes or large ponds up to 250m².

It is a floating device that is anchored in position by two cables, either to the bank or bottom of the pond. An adjustable injector nozzle creates targeted oxygen input up to a depth of 4m. The air flow rate can be adjusted remotely through connection to an InScenio EGC Garden Controller or InScenio FM Master EGC Garden Controller (supplied separately).

This high-quality floating aerator is ideal for fisheries or large fish ponds. It should be run 24 hours a day during warmer weather. As water temperature increases, oxygen carrying capacity decreases. Oxygen is replenished by plant photosynthesis by day, but is depleted through respiration by those same plants, and by fish, by night. Warm summer nights are therefore the most dangerous periods where ‘fish kills’ are most likely to occur. It is therefore imperative to run aeration all night, and ideally all day as well.
