The Pump Wildlife Protector by Oase is designed to prevent wildlife and debris from entering your pond pump. The Oase pump shield system is a 50 x 50 cm drawstring net, placed around your pond pump.

This easy to install wildlife protection system only allows particles of 1.5mm or less to enter your pump. This prevents vulnerable wildlife such as tadpoles, newts, baby frogs, juvenile fish, insect larvae, and other invertebrates, from be sucked into your pump which could otherwise prove fatal. It also provides an effective screen to debris which can cause pump clogging due certain times of year, such as pond weed and leaves.

The Oase pump shield is made from strong and durable fabric and can be fitted over most types of pond pump. Simply place over your pump and pull the drawstring tight around the outlet pipe.
